The concept of radical geography emerged in the late 1960s and became very popular America Europe 1970s. Radical is a problem-oriented research area geographical science united by ‘concept social justice’ (D. Harvey). It has distinctive features as follows: a) uniqueness themes, these being concerned with spatial ecological problems generated man’s violence against man nature; b) signs ‘scientific underground’ (V.M. Kotlyakov – V.S. Preobrazhensky); c) ‘leftist’ political orientation theory methodology. Radical-geographical intensions have always been present culture science. article traces their evolution from Greek antiquity to paper presents justifies viewpoint that at historical stage ‘modernity’ transformation geographic ideas conditioned collapse Marxism project future society, emergence newest egalitarian antiestablishment doctrine ‘postanarchism’, cardinal transformations process connected adoption network principles (in broad sense) modern society eschatological expectations disaster.
